Staff planning in the field of fast food occasionally is never easy. Managers availability and skills of workers need, part-time employees (each with its own set of requirements diagrams) accrued PTO, multiple shifts, training and / or meetings of workers, juggling and sometimes worry about insurance or employee jobs with minors or employees who promote or serve liquor. Communicate the plan completed for all employees, field endless questions about the timing of the next week (or even worse, struggling to fill cents), which is the end of the free time or change the request exchange and unpredictable disease.
